Home Options

The project is being led by Staffordshire Housing Association in partnership with Beth Johnson Housing Association, Blue Mountain Housing Association, Stoke on Trent City Council, Newcastle-under-Lyme borough Council and Renew North Staffordshire.

Home Options is a specialist team whose priority is to provide guidance and assistance to residents on their individual housing options, focusing on the promotion of home ownership to both existing and potential owner occupiers.

The Home Options head quarters is based at Staffordshire Housing Association in Stoke town centre, however in order to make the service accessible to all residents, team members will also be working out in neighborhood locations.

Home Options will work closely with affected residents, offering advice, assistance, signposting to other services and support. It will make a significant difference to the well-being and sense of security of people undergoing significant and sometimes frightening change in their housing situation.
