Photograph Competition Rules
  1. To enter a month’s competition we must receive your photograph at Aspire Housing by the first day of a month in which the newsletter is published.
  2. Aspire accepts no liability for loss or damage caused to the entries and no responsibility for incomplete or delayed entries.
  3. The theme for each picture should be heritage and should be taken within the Knutton Cross Heath A.M.I. boundary.
  4. The winner will receive a gift voucher of your choice.
  5. No cash alternative is available.
  6. The prize is not transferable.
  7. The winner of the competition will be decided by the editorial team and we will contact the winner before the newsletter is published.
  8. The name of the winner may be requested by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Laurence Reardon, Aspire Housing, Kingsley, The Brampton, Newcastle under Lyme, ST5 OQW within 30 days of the publication of the newsletter.
  9. The winner will be invited to take part in publicity in the local press.
  10. Only one entry per month per household will be accepted.
  11. Entries will only be accepted from households living in Knutton, Cross Heath or Lower Milehouse, which are within RENEW North Staffordshire’s Area of Major Intervention (AMI).
  12. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that all the relevant and necessary permissions for the use of the images they submit are obtained from people featured in a photograph. Therefore any person featured in a picture must give their permission and written consent must be obtained from the parents/guardians of any child under the age of sixteen.
  13. The decision of the Editorial Panel will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. Prizes unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and the NMP reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.
  15. The competition organisers reserve the right to free reproduction and exhibition of all entries, with acknowledgement of the photographer wherever possible.
  16. By entering the competition all entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
